Hi, I'm Flora, a flower fairy. Still need my wings and my dress is going to be embellished with beaded and lace flowers.

Getting started was the hardest part, I pulled the first four rows on both sides out several times and nearly gave up, pleased I didn't as I love the necklace. Designer Melita.

I am thrilled to have been given this piece of handstitched embroidery. It was made by an apprentice embroiderer in the early 1900. It's absolutely beautiful, the stitching is so neat and delicate. How they managed to stitch this in candle light is unbelieveable.
