The 3 together. Dora, Joanna and Elenora.

The final doll is completed for the exhibition called "Dressing Up" and it is also going to count towards my doll a day challenge.
Her name is Joanna and again I have used the pattern designed by Jill Maas.
Her skirt, bodice and hat are made from teabags.
The exhibition is at the Peoples Theatre in Newcastle at the end of February by a group of textilte artists of which I am a member called " Stitch-in-9".

Happy New Year

Happy New Year to you all.
At last I can get started on a challenge I signed up for before Christmas. I must have been drunk, be mad, had a senile moment or all 3, as I signed up to do a doll a day in January. Its going to be fun, get me motivated and in a creative mood. I've got a few ideas to get started with so I'm off upstairs to start with no 1.
