Work in pogress. Meet headless and legless Annie. She's had about 5 different pairs of hands, Annie was supposed to have separate fingers, but when I tried to turn them, they either split or frayed, hence Annie has one hand separate fingers and the other clumped together, still not happy with them as they seem out of proportion for her tiny face and body. Probably will change them.

Doesn't time go quickly by. Its been such a glorious week that I have spent most of the time outside and have done very little stitching. I've been stripping, not me personally, haven't got the figure for that, but been stripping paint from a boat. Hopefully, it will get a new top coat on this week, then we may take it up to Scotland and spend a few quiet days sailing on one of the lochs.

The petals of this flower brooch are made from hand dyed silk and embellished with a button in the centre. A lovely piece of wearable art bringing a little brightness on this dull day.

At long last, Sukoola twin sisters have arrived. Susulyn in the pink and Susulea in the mauve. They won't be around for long, as they are planning to go on holiday later this month or early June. They can't decide whether they should go to America, Australia or with the problems with the volcanic ash, should they just stop in England.
