We spent yesterday putting up our exhibition, thankfully it went up without a hitch and we are very pleased with the outcome. if you are in the area, please pay the exhibition a visit, People's Theatre, Newcastle. Its well worth a visit.
I would also like to thank George, as without him, our work of arts will be still hanging on the floor. Here are a few photos. I will post some more later.
I'm off to Tunisia in a few hours time, so I'll be quiet for a while. Catch up with you later.

This is a heart that I have done for a swap. It is part of a skirt which consists of 3 hearts for a doll designed by Sherry Goshon.
It is made from cotton wool with silver threads, glitter and micro beads sandwiched between 2 sheets of bondaweb, then ironed. It has then been embellished with sequins, beads and lazy daisy stitch.

Well, I managed to do it. 30 dolls in 30 days. It was a huge learning curve, a lot of the dolls I would have liked to have spent alot more time on them with stitch, beads and embellishment, but that was part of the exercise having limited time. I really enjoyed this challenge and I have gained experience from it and it has shown me the direction of where I want to be. I want to play with dolls again.
